AIP Connect is seeking a tech-focused Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex digital and marketing technology engagements. You will drive cross-functional teams across strategy, CRM, creative, engineering, and production to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience delivering digital marketing, technology, or customer experience solutions.
• Experience managing complex digital and integrated technology projects across multiple workstreams.
• Expertise leading projects across strategy, creative, technical development, CRM, and production disciplines.
• Strong understanding of website development, CRM platforms, email marketing, e-commerce, and digital ecosystem integrations.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to manage full project lifecycle from discovery to deployment and support.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate objectives into delivery plans.
• Experience creating integrated project plans, risk mitigation, and dependencies tracking.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and SDLC processes.
• Ability to manage offshore/global teams across time zones (PST, IST, EST).
• Agile certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of multiple integrated digital and technology projects across strategy, CRM, creative, engineering, and production teams.
• Create and manage integrated project plans, timelines, resourcing models, budgets, and roadmaps.
• Drive project estimation, scope, and dependency mapping.
• Partner with technical and business teams to align delivery with client objectives and platform capabilities.
• Oversee end-to-end execution from strategy to post-launch support.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and standups.
• Identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and dependencies across work streams.
• Coordinate with engineering leads to validate feasibility and technical requirements.
• Support process optimization and continuous delivery improvements.
• Maintain project documentation and executive communications.
