6sense is seeking a Senior Digital Program Manager to build and run the digital engagement engine for Customer Success. This hybrid role requires expert Gainsight skills, program leadership, and strategic oversight of journeys, programs, and measurement.

You will partner with CS Leadership, CS Ops, Marketing, Product, and Support to design, launch, and measure impact across onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion.

Qualifikationen

• 4–6+ years in Customer Success Operations or lifecycle programs.
• 3–5 years hands-on Gainsight building/administration.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Gainsight data model, MDA, and connectors.
• Experience integrating Salesforce, Snowflake, and BI tools.

Aufgaben

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and calendar for CS digital programs across the lifecycle.
• Design and launch strategic journeys aligned to segmentation and health scoring.
• Build business cases with audience, objectives, and metrics; prioritize with CS leadership.
• Lead cross-functional programs, coordinating Marketing, Product, Support, Sales and Enablement.
• Pilot new channels (in-app, email, webinars) and scale successful ones.
• Design and build automated Gainsight journeys with conditional logic.
• Create, manage, and optimize email and in-app campaigns with governance.
• Maintain audience segments, triggers, and CTAs; align with human-led plays.
• A/B test content, timing, and cadence; report results and iterate.
• Track engagement, gaps, and progress; present findings to CS Leadership.
