• Experience leading complex digital programs, platforms, websites, or integrated marketing initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI search and generative engine optimization (GEO) and implications for site structure and content strategy.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of digital delivery, governance, risk management, and operational planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior day-to-day digital lead and trusted advisor for the client.
• Manage a portfolio of digital initiatives, ensuring alignment across priorities, budgets, resources, timelines, and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional teams across account, strategy, creative, UX, technology, development, program management, and analytics.
• Partner with client stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and evolving priorities.
• Ensure all work meets healthcare, legal, privacy, regulatory, and brand requirements.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to keep programs on track.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making across client, agency, and partner teams.
• Oversee digital roadmaps and program reporting, providing visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Maintain expertise in digital platforms, website ecosystems, customer experience, content operations, and emerging technologies.
• Mentor and develop team members while fostering collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
