Republic Services in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Products to lead the strategic vision, development, and execution of the company’s digital product portfolio across websites, e-commerce, mobile apps, customer portals, chatbot, and service communications.

You will oversee roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and balance innovation with feasibility to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Proven track record of leading and developing product management teams.
• Experience managing complex digital product portfolios with competing priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong ability to translate customer and business needs into product requirements.
• Understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and development methodologies.
• Experience using analytics and customer insights to inform product decisions and measure outcomes.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders and build consensus in a matrix organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex concepts.

Responsabilités

• Develop and own the digital product strategy and roadmaps across all customer-facing platforms.
• Oversee the portfolio and make high-level prioritization decisions balancing needs and constraints.
• Coach and develop a team to lift performance and skill attainment.
• Monitor performance and drive initiatives to meet service standards and ROI.
• Allocate resources to maximize impact of digital initiatives.
• Present roadmaps and results to executives, translating tech concepts into business outcomes.
• Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and other stakeholders for cohesive experiences.
• Develop and manage budgets for digital product development and optimization.
• Establish KPI frameworks to measure performance and guide decisions.
• Identify and implement emerging technologies to improve customer experience.
