Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in product management, product strategy, or related experience.
• Proven track record in cross-functional product planning, pricing, or go-to-market readiness.
• Experience launching complex B2B, service-oriented products.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned product lines including scope, packaging, and offering structure.
• Support portfolio prioritization with product performance data and market insights.
• Define product scope, value, and packaging aligned to customer needs and operations.
• Ensure consistent product definitions and communications across the organization.
• Partner with pricing to set product-level pricing and guardrails.
• Track revenue, margin, and growth; surface performance gaps with actions.
• Define how products are operationalized and sold, including sales approach and packaging.
• Support scalability across customer types, channels, and regions.
• Own product readiness and inputs for go-to-market execution.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Growth Marketing on go-to-market plans.
• Drive program sequencing, coordination, and status tracking for portfolio initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations.
• Ensure timely delivery of product capabilities for assigned offerings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
