Job summary

Arizona Public Service seeks a Senior Product Manager to define goals and the digital strategy for development projects. You will balance team focus on the what with engagement of leaders and customers to ensure organizational alignment.

As the primary liaison between development teams and customers, you will translate user needs into product requirements and guide products through their life cycle from inception to release.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT or analytics field.
• Ten (10) years related business and/or consulting experience in business solution development/delivery.
• In lieu of degree, 14 years of related experience required.
• In-depth understanding of business operations.
• Strong communication, leadership and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define mission, scope and outcomes for teams using digital solutions.
• Prioritize opportunities based on quantified value and strategic outcomes.
• Translate user needs into product requirements for developers.
• Manage product lifecycle from inception to production delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and remove roadblocks.
• Provide training and change management for new rollouts.
