Premier Bankcard, LLC in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking a Digital Product Owner to advocate for the customer and bridge business stakeholders with development teams. You will define and prioritize features for payment products, drive UX improvements, and align cross-functional teams with product goals and regulatory needs.

The role centers on secure, seamless payment experiences, delivering measurable business outcomes and a strong roadmap across digital platforms.

Competenze

Strong customer-centric approach identifying customer needs.
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with focus on high-quality products.
Scrum Product Owner Certification or similar certification required and maintained.
4+ years managing digital products within a financial institution.
3+ years of agile development experience preferred.
Ability to implement ongoing and future digital platform investments.

Mansioni

Create and maintain user stories, epics, acceptance criteria and design details.
Lead agile team and drive outcomes for the roadmap.
Define release targets and prioritize the team backlog.
Compile customer research and competitive trends for insights.
Collaborate with call centers, back office, Compliance, Development and Marketing to deliver features.
Manage multiple digital products/platforms.
Interviews, hires, and trains new staff.
Provide constructive performance reviews and manage disciplinary actions.
