Citizens is seeking a Sr Digital Product Management Partner to lead delivery of Digital Payment web and app enhancements, write detailed user stories, and coordinate with development and design teams to implement features.

You will validate delivery, engage Release Management on launches, and drive cross-functional alignment across LOBs to improve the end-to-end customer experience while providing analytics and reporting to management.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in product management, product development, or digital experience.
• Proven ability to develop and execute product roadmaps.
• Experience working within Agile product delivery environments.
• Translating strategy into actionable requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience developing business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog prioritization.
• Ability to leverage customer insights and market data to drive product decisions.

• Maintain relationships with implementation and development teams to ensure solutions meet product goals.
• Communicate business requirements to development groups to drive understanding of purpose and capabilities.
• Ensure stakeholders are informed and trained on product changes and processes.
• Monitor post-launch performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Advocate for the product line and articulate customer and business value to leadership.
• Develop and maintain the product backlog with business value and ROI in mind.
