Job summary

REPAY is seeking a strategic Product Owner to shape the Consumer Payments roadmap for clients and their consumers. You will translate user needs into product decisions that make payments simpler, faster, and more reliable, driving growth and revenue streams.

You will collaborate with Sales, Technology, Operations, and partners to deliver on a four‑quarter roadmap, lead backlog prioritization, and coordinate with Engineering for GTM initiatives and security maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as Product Owner in consumer payments or fintech.
• Ability to drive product strategy from vision to execution with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience translating market needs into clear requirements and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities and own a rolling four‑quarter roadmap.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technology, Operations, clients and partners to shape the product.
• Lead delivery with Engineering and QA, ensuring alignment with roadmap.
• Engage cross‑functional teams for GTM efforts and product adoption.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Consumer Payments and prioritize backlog.
• Support security maintenance and technology upgrades with Engineering.
