Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Product Owner to drive development of digital products that meet user needs and business goals. You will collaborate with Developers, Designers, and Product Managers to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful releases.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, a strong communicator, and proficient with agile principals, able to mentor teams and translate market insights into actionable improvements.

Qualificações

• 4-year degree in IT, Engineering, or Business Management minimum.
• OR equivalent experience 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner on an agile software product team.

Responsabilidades

• Promote collaboration across teams and clarify roles and expectations.
• Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Define and prioritize product features and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a prioritized product backlog with epics, features and user stories.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap aligned with stakeholder needs.
• Partner with UX designers and developers to deliver a seamless user experience.
