Job summary

Milwaukee Tool seeks a Principal Process Owner to drive transformation of product development processes. Ideal candidate is an assertive communicator who leads cross-functional teams, aligns stakeholders, and delivers measurable improvements in cost, quality, and speed.

Based in our Milwaukee office, you will partner with IT and engineering to map processes, implement lean methodologies, and develop training across the organization while supporting partners globally.

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership and change management capabilities.
• Experience driving enterprise process or system changes across global teams.
• Proven ability to communicate with executives and cross-functional partners.
• Background in Lean management and process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as CEO of project with accountability for outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner with stakeholders to define processes and drive adoption of improvements.
• Develop project charters, plans, and governance; track progress against scope and budget.
• Provide training and mentoring to leaders and teams on lean practices.
