Job summary

Workhorse, a web development agency with Austin roots, is seeking a senior digital product manager to lead one of our longest-running client partnerships. You will own the roadmap, the client relationship and day-to-day delivery, while coordinating with the technical lead and infrastructure lead.

Fully remote in the US, you’ll work with cross-functional teams, plan sprints, review bugs, and use analytics to decide what to build next.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in digital product or project management, ideally at an agency.
• You've owned a roadmap from the big picture down to the ticket.
• You explain technical tradeoffs to a client in plain words.
• You write clearly and stay warm, even when the news is hard.
• You keep projects organized and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap, from the long-term plan down to individual tickets
• Run discovery on new features and set priorities with the client
• Write scopes, estimates, proposals and feature specs
• Plan sprints and run monthly releases, including code freeze and release testing
• Review and prioritize new bugs each week
• Lead the weekly meeting with the client's product lead
• Track hours against budget and flag overages early
• Use analytics to decide what to build next
