Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of experience; relevant years may be substituted for education.
• 3+ years experience directing assignments for cross-functional teams.
• CSPO, CPM, CSM or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Garners consensus among stakeholders, leadership, programs, and practice teams.
• Mentors individuals within the unit and provides constructive feedback.
• Presents to diverse internal and external audiences.
• Defines the vision and strategy for products and growth areas for a program or portfolio.
• Translates complex issues for varied audiences to influence decisions.
