Job summary

Ad Hoc LLC is seeking a Staff Product Manager for a remote, national-role serving federal and public sector clients. You will shape product strategy, define roadmaps, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital services for government agencies.

You will collaborate with government customers, delivery teams, designers, researchers, and leadership to prioritize work, manage backlogs, and ensure outcomes align with user needs and mission goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of product management experience.
5+ years delivering digital products or services.
Experience defining strategy, roadmaps, and priorities for complex products.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead product strategy, vision, and roadmap for complex digital services.
Partner with government customers and stakeholders to align priorities.
Translate research and data into actionable product plans.
Own roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, and prioritization with delivery teams.
Collaborate with engineering, design, research, and delivery teams.
Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
Balance strategic planning with hands-on discovery and delivery.
Apply user research and analytics to inform product decisions.
