Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Chronic Condition Management. Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA).
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation (Epic).
- Track record: partnering with primary care networks, retail clinics, and value-based care orgs to improve medical cost trends.
Responsibilities
- Lead technology product strategy and end-to-end execution for chronic condition programs.
- Partner with clinical and operational leaders to shape end-to-end technology pathways.
- Translate clinical vision into scalable roadmaps and Epic/tech architectures.
- Own product roadmap, backlogs, and ensure transparency with leadership.
- Ensure seamless integration between external data sources and Epic workflows.
