CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Digital Product for Chronic Condition Management. You will drive technology strategy, end-to-end execution, and Epic-based care pathways to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs.

This role requires partnering with clinical and operational leaders to deliver coordinated, safe outpatient care. You will lead a diverse team of product managers, Epic analysts, software engineers, and data scientists to translate clinical vision into scalable roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Executive presence to communicate with senior stakeholders and frontline teams.
• Hands-on Epic EHR workflows and configurations; translate operations needs into Epic build.
• Deep familiarity with Value-Based Care, VBC constructs, and FFS dynamics.
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-scale clinical interventions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare delivery leadership to align care model strategy with technology.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to build end-to-end clinical technology pathways.
• Translate clinical ideas into problem statements, specs, and Epic Architecture.
• Oversee the technology lifecycle from problem discovery to deployment and outcomes.
