Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to drive ecommerce capabilities for the exhibitor shopping journey. You will translate customer insights and business priorities into a focused product roadmap and measurable outcomes, collaborating with engineering, UX, merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and data science teams to improve end-to-end exhibitor experiences.

You will partner with analytics and data science to support AI, personalization, and cross-sell

Qualifications

• 7-10 years’ experience in a product management role with enterprise-scale digital commerce experience.
• Experience in a B2C Ecommerce environment with growth and revenue results.
• Experience with enterprise tools such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Adobe Analytics, GA4, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ecommerce shopping experience across discovery, configuration, checkout, and post-order support.
• Own and manage the product roadmap with analytics and stakeholder input.
• Translate priorities into clear requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
• Partner with engineering, QA, UX, analytics, merchandising, marketing, and data science to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Develop KPIs and measurement plans for new features.
