Job summary

Dexian Government Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to implementation, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The PM will advocate for agile practices and coach teams toward self-organization.

The role requires extensive requirements elicitation, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable specifications while managing scope, risks, and schedules in a dynamic environment at DLIFLC

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required or AA/AS with significant experience.
• 4+ years eliciting and documenting user requirements.
• Experience with MS 365, MS Project and GitLab.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide status updates.
• Facilitate meetings and requirement sessions.
• Translate business needs into detailed specifications.
