Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join its Digital Platforms Technology team in a hybrid role in North Carolina. You will manage end‑to‑end delivery of digital initiatives, translating business needs into user stories, and coordinating across engineering, architecture, and QA teams.

You will analyze existing systems, document data flows, and drive solution design while ensuring alignment with business goals and governance processes.

• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Analyze existing systems, workflows, and integrations to recommend scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, system specifications, data flows, and process diagrams.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support API analysis, data mapping, and integration design.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
• Participate in testing phases, including defect triage, validation, and production support.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology initiatives, defining scope, timelines, milestones, and roadmaps.
• Drive Agile ceremonies and manage dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations.
• Track and report on delivery progress, KPIs, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery.
• Facilitate decision‑making and ensure adherence to SDLC, governance, and release management processes.
