• Lead agile, product-centric practices in a regulated, large-scale environment.
• Shape solution direction with IT/engineering, ensuring security and data integrity.
• Oversee portfolio prioritization, trade-off decisions, and cross-domain alignment.
• Develop analytics and KPI frameworks to drive value realization and performance.
