Job summary

ZS Associates is seeking a Senior Associate in Digital Products to design, implement, and optimize digital solutions for clients across industries. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end products from discovery through go-to-market.

The role emphasizes mentoring, growing product management capabilities, and contributing to client growth through thought leadership and proposals. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree highly desired or equivalent experience.
• 3–7+ years of product management or similar experience.
• Strong facilitation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, project management, and prioritization capabilities.
• Experience leading workshop-style discovery and requirements sessions.
• Client-facing consulting experience is preferred; life sciences exposure beneficial.
• Ability to travel as needed; fluency in English; client-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Apply product management principles to build the right thing for clients.
• Define and lead product vision and strategy based on client goals.
• Facilitate discovery and innovation workshops to uncover requirements.
• Document business requirements into clear product specs and user stories.
• Create artifacts like processes, user flows, data flows, and presentations.
• Advocate for clients and end-users, ensuring value delivery.
• Measure KPIs and drive enhancements based on analytics.
• Stay current with technology trends to identify opportunities.
• Provide updates and training to stakeholders to drive adoption.
