Job summary

ZS Associates in Boston seeks a Product Advisory Consultant to lead digital product transformations and shape enterprise operating models. You will guide agile practices, co-create governance structures, and deliver actionable playbooks for client teams.

You will partner with senior leaders, coach product managers, and craft data-driven presentations. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on support across engagements, travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree. Master’s degree preferred.
• 6–10 years of combined experience in client-facing management consulting and product management/product ownership roles.
• Direct experience with product operating model/agile transformations.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and collaborate with client teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead clients through transformations of digital product development team ways of working.
• Design target operating models for enterprise digital organizations including governance and intake/prioritization.
• Create playbooks, frameworks and reference materials for product management best practices.
• Design and facilitate executive workshops and working sessions.
• Synthesize data-driven insights and deliver executive presentations.
• Develop client relationships and serve as primary project contact.
• Coach product managers and leaders on product development and agile practice.
