The Consultant Lead of Digital Products will be a hands-on, functional leader within the Digital Product team, shaping product strategy and delivering digital solutions for clients across Life Sciences and beyond.

The role requires leading discovery and go-to-market efforts, mentoring colleagues, and driving client value while partnering with cross-functional teams to build impactful digital products

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in product management or related field.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience leading workshops for early discovery and requirements.
• Experience in a client-facing consulting environment.
• Experience in Life Sciences is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Fluent in English; client-first mindset; strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Apply product management principles to build the right thing for clients.
• Define and lead product vision and strategy based on client goals.
• Facilitate discovery and innovation workshops to uncover requirements.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate to specs and user stories.
• Create artifacts like business processes, user flows, data flow diagrams, and presentations.
• Advocate for the client and end-users; drive user-centric design with measurable value.
• Instrument analytics and measure product impact across KPIs; identify improvements.
• Stay updated on tech trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Provide regular updates and training to stakeholders for adoption.
