Job summary

ZS is seeking a Product Advisory Consultant to guide clients through digital product transformations and operating-model design. You will work with leaders to mature product organizations, establish governance, and embed agile practices across engagements.

You’ll apply deep product-management expertise, foster client partnerships, and develop repeatable playbooks while coaching teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. Travel to client sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 6–10 years in client-facing consulting or product management.
• Experience with product operating model and agile transformations.
• Fluency in English; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital product transformations and operating model design.
• Develop and deliver playbooks, governance, and decision rights.
• Facilitate executive workshops and client engagements.
• Build client relationships and coach product managers.
• Synthesize data-driven insights for executive presentations.
