Job summary

Quality Talent Group in New Providence, NJ, seeks an analytics-focused professional to partner with Supply Chain and Technology teams to deliver analytics and digital products that improve decision-making, service, operational efficiency, and cost.

You will translate business needs into scalable reporting, manage analytics initiatives end-to-end, and influence stakeholders across functions to adopt new capabilities and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field and 4–6+ years of analytics, supply chain, or consulting experience.
• Ability to translate business problems into analytics, reporting, or tech solutions.
• Strong business acumen with end-to-end supply chain understanding.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain, Technology and Data teams to identify opportunities and deliver analytics solutions.
• Lead design, development, and deployment of analytics and digital products to improve decision-making and efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and automation solutions.
• Manage analytics initiatives from concept through deployment with stakeholder alignment.
• Influence stakeholders and support adoption of new capabilities and processes.
