Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Senior Digital Product Specialist to lead analytics and digital product initiatives across NA supply chain. You will own analytics products from ideation through deployment, collaborating with Supply Chain, Technology, and Data teams to improve service, reduce costs, and enhance inventory optimization.

The role sits at the intersection of supply chain and data analytics, requiring business acumen, technical depth, and stakeholder management to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in analytics, supply chain, product management, or a related discipline.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Ability to partner with and influence stakeholders across multiple functions and levels.
• Experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards to drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong SQL and Python skills; Databricks experience to transform and automate data processing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain and Technology/Data teams to identify opportunities and deliver analytics solutions that drive measurable business value.
• Lead design, development, and deployment of analytics and digital products that improve decision-making, service, and operational efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting, analytics, and automation solutions.
• Manage analytics initiatives from concept through deployment, driving stakeholder alignment and user adoption.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using modern data and visualization platforms.
• Apply Agile ways of working to prioritize and deliver high-impact analytics capabilities.
