Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks an analytics-focused professional to partner with Supply Chain and Technology/Data teams, translating business needs into actionable analytics and reporting solutions. The role drives measurable value and efficiency across the end-to-end supply chain.

You will lead design, development, and deployment of analytics products, influencing stakeholders and enabling adoption of new capabilities and processes to improve decision-making and cost management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4-6+ years of analytics, supply chain, product management, consulting, or a related discipline.
• Experience translating business problems into analytics, reporting, or technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain and Technology and Data teams to identify opportunities and deliver analytics solutions that drive measurable business value.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of analytics and digital products that improve decision-making, service, operational efficiency, and cost.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting, analytics, and automation solutions.
• Manage analytics initiatives from concept through deployment, driving stakeholder alignment and user adoption.
• Influence stakeholders across functions and support organizational adoption of new capabilities and processes.
