Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a metrics‑driven analytics leader in New Jersey to partner with Supply Chain and Technology teams to design and deploy analytics products that improve decision‑making, service, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 4–6+ years translating business problems into reporting and automation, with strong business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
• 4–6+ years of analytics, supply chain, product management, consulting, or related experience.
• Experience translating business problems into analytics, reporting, or technology solutions.
• Strong business acumen with end-to-end supply chain understanding.
• Ability to partner with and influence stakeholders across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain and Technology/Data teams to deliver analytics solutions.
• Lead design, development, and deployment of analytics and digital products to improve decision‑making, service, efficiency, and cost.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting, analytics, and automation solutions.
• Manage analytics initiatives from concept through deployment with stakeholder alignment.
• Influence stakeholders across functions and drive adoption of new capabilities.
