Job summary

Charles Schwab is hiring for a Product Owner role within Schwab Advisor Services in Orlando. You will help shape the MCP platform roadmap, translate advisor needs into prioritized items, and collaborate with engineering to deliver scalable, secure capabilities.

You will lead discovery with RIAs and fintech partners, define success metrics, and communicate outcomes to leadership. A strong API background and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in digital product management with complex tech solutions.
• Hands-on API experience including defining requirements and integrations.
• Direct experience with Schwab Advisor Center capabilities and advisor workflows preferred.
• Proven backlog management, user story writing, and sprint execution in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present plans to internal audiences.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for MCP.
• Translate advisor needs into clearly defined product increments and backlog items.
• Lead discovery and validation with RIAs, internal partners, and fintech providers.
• Define, track, and report platform success metrics and adoption trends.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver scalable, secure platform capabilities.
• Act as SME on Schwab API capabilities and Advisor Center features.
• Champion advisor feedback and evaluate market opportunities to improve UX and impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, compliance, and business teams.
