Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the Private Bank's Digital Team seeks a Senior Associate to drive the Becoming a Client onboarding experience, unifying onboarding for advisors, clients and operations.

You will partner with product, design, engineering, and compliance to define roadmaps, map workflows, and deliver AI-enabled solutions that simplify onboarding and improve client journeys. Strong collaboration and AI tooling experience are valued as you translate complex processes into actionable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, digital strategy, or a related discipline within financial services.
• Strong AI curiosity and applied interest — explore how AI/ML, LLMs, and automation can improve workflows.
• Ability to work across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience translating ambiguous problems into structured plans and actionable deliverables.
• Familiarity with onboarding, KYC/AML, or account-opening processes in wealth management or banking.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of the BAC product experience — define and drive the roadmap for unifying onboarding across advisors, clients, and operations.
• Map end-to-end workflows across all stakeholder groups to identify gaps and opportunities for simplification.
• Partner cross-functionally with design, engineering, compliance, and operations to deliver scalable digital solutions.
• Champion the advisor and client perspective to ensure solutions are grounded in real workflows.
• Leverage AI and emerging technology to reimagine onboarding — from intelligent document processing to personalized client journeys and advisor-facing copilots.
• Develop requirements in an AI-first way — build rapid prototypes to validate concepts and accelerate production readiness.
• Define success metrics and use data to measure adoption, efficiency gains, and experience quality.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment across business, technology, and operations leadership.
• Create clear product artifacts — requirements documents, user stories, journey maps, wireframe briefs, and roadmap presentations.
