Job summary

Nike is seeking an experienced senior product designer to lead end-to-end digital experiences for Marketplace Partners. You will align partner and account-exec needs with differentiated concepts, and translate ideas into polished, brand-aligned customer journeys.

You will collaborate across product, engineering, content strategy and design systems, mentoring peers while advancing AI-assisted and multi-platform experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of end-to-end digital product design experience including visual, UX/UI and prototyping.
• Bachelor’s Degree in design or related field.
• Experience leading design for complex B2B, e-commerce, enterprise or workflow-heavy products.
• Strong product thinking, interaction design, data, experimentation and execution.
• Hands-on creative and systems thinker with strong UX/UI/IA design expertise.
• Demonstrated user-centric, insights-based design process.
• Proven collaboration with product managers, engineers, writers, researchers and business operations.
• Strong design process; ability to contribute new processes or enhancements to cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with user research and data.
• Impeccable attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of partner and account executive needs and translate them into differentiated experience concepts.
• Rapidly visualizing, prototyping and exploring multiple design directions with business and technical considerations.
• Designing polished Nike-brand work through wireframes, flows, visual comps and prototypes.
• Designing for agentic and AI-assisted experiences and contributing to the design system.
• Owning an entire product space or large projects with multiple features.
• Thinking big, innovating and driving cross-team execution.
• Iterating from briefing to final delivery with speed and quality.
• Facilitating and leading brainstorms and workshops.
• Collaborating with product, engineering, program, content strategy and the Podium design system team.
• Mentoring designers and interns to raise craft across the team.
• Evangelizing the Nike brand and strengthening design culture.
