• Consult with users to identify and document business requirements.
• Gathers data to find solutions and benchmarks best practices.

• Lead small to medium projects and act as SME in assigned areas.
• Serve as liaison between client units and technical teams on requirements.
• Partner with technical units to research and resolve system problems.
