Job summary

Mercedes-Benz USA is seeking a Digital Application Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for DCX platforms including OneWeb PC/Vans, eCommerce, and 1CU across NAFTA. You will govern architecture strategy, drive scalable digital experiences, and coordinate across product teams, vendors, and platforms to ensure design integrity.

The role reports to the Senior Manager for IT Digital Customer Experience and requires strong leadership, security emphasis, and proactive governance across CI/CD,

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in information technology with focus on business applications and agile methods.
• Strong enterprise architecture, data management, and cross-cultural collaboration.
• Proven leadership in digital platforms and security/compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end DCX solution architecture across frontend/backend/integration and cloud.
• Lead architectural governance for CI/CD, security, observability and DevOps partnerships.
• Define architecture standards and reference implementations for CMS, eCommerce, and 1CU.
• Partner with product owners and leadership to align roadmaps with business goals.
• Drive architecture reviews, KPI tracking, and long-term strategy for MBUSA platforms.
