Job summary

Commercial Metals Company seeks a Senior Manager, Digital Customer Experience to define and execute the digital customer strategy across platforms. You will own the roadmap for customer portals, eCommerce, and data integrations, partnering with Sales, IT, Product, and Finance to drive value and growth.

You will lead a cross-functional team, establish governance, and champion AI-enabled, self-service customer journeys while ensuring security and scalability of the platform.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership in digital customer experience and eCommerce programs.
• Deep knowledge of CRM ecosystems, analytics, and data management.
• Proven ability to govern large-scale technology roadmaps and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise vision, strategy, and roadmap for the digital customer ecosystem.
• Lead the evolution toward self-service, connected experiences, and AI-enabled engagement.
• Establish governance, standards, and metrics for successful digital initiatives.
• Oversee data integration across Salesforce, ERP, and portal systems.
• Manage vendors, partners, and internal teams to deliver customer value.
• Lead development of a unified digital platform across Lines of Business.
