Job summary

Safelite, a leading auto glass and digital services provider, seeks a Lead, Digital Operations to design and improve the operating model, cadence, and portfolio views across Digital. This senior role partners with Finance, Analytics, Product, and Technology to drive decisions and outcomes.

You will lead planning forums, establish evidence-based decision channels, and apply AI to accelerate analysis and delivery across the Digital portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 4–6 years of experience in product operations, digital operations, business operations, program management, product management, or related discipline.
• Experience leading planning, portfolio, or performance mechanisms across multiple product or cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Operating Cadence and planning rhythms across Digital.
• Maintain integrated portfolio views and connect product roadmaps to portfolio investments.
• Evaluate opportunities with clarity on value, outcomes, alignment, evidence, and capacity.
• Build and maintain performance signals across product outcomes, customer behavior, and financial impact.
• Drive improvements to the operating model, remove bottlenecks, and enable AI-powered workflows.
