This role puts you at the center of strategy and execution for critical digital channels, delivering seamless client communication at scale.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, translate data into actionable insights, and collaborate with product, design, tech, and compliance to evolve a robust messaging roadmap.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a digital product owner or equivalent.
• Strong analytics to translate data into insights.
• Ability to define strategic roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Experience influencing across multiple organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop content creation and delivery of digital messaging platform capabilities.
• Partner with cross‑enterprise teams to understand messaging needs and priorities.
• Deliver messaging aligned with the product vision and roadmap.
• Support a product roadmap and evolve client communications with the team.
• Envision future and build near-term roadmap for digital messaging adoption.
• Gather requirements and manage end-to-end development of new messages.
• Define and prioritize backlog with clear user stories for the team.
• Champion customer-driven design addressing pain points and usability.
• Coordinate with vendors, legal, compliance, and QA throughout projects.
• Participate in sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives to improve processes.
• Collaborate across tech, product, design, business, and compliance for releases.
• Provide updates to management and track project status.
