Job summary

Aquent is seeking an experienced MarTech Mobile Messaging Delivery Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of SMS, push, and wallet messaging. The role acts as an operational lead, translating campaign needs into actionable backlogs and coordinating Agile delivery across a matrixed organization.

You will partner with Product Management and stakeholders to define requirements, write user stories, maintain a groomed backlog in Jira, and facilitate SAFe ceremonies to keep work flowing on schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an Agile delivery role (PO/SM/BA) with blended responsibilities.
• Experience delivering mobile messaging capabilities (SMS, push, wallet).
• Proficient in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Gather and clarify requirements for new mobile messaging capabilities and campaigns.
• Write user stories and ensure they are sized, clear, and ready for delivery.
• Maintain a well-groomed backlog in Jira/Jira Align with priorities and status.
• Facilitate SAFe ceremonies and drive day-to-day execution.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA, marketing ops, and compliance to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support release planning and production readiness.
