You will oversee product presentation, navigation, assortments, promotions, and site optimization to drive online sales and improve customer experience.

The role requires excellence in digital merchandising, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Merchandising, Planning and E-commerce teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital merchandising and online retail environments.
• Strong understanding of product presentation and customer behavior.
• Proficient with CMS, e-commerce platforms, and analytics tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily digital merchandising activities including product sequencing and site navigation.
• Coordinate product launches and seasonal assortment updates.
• Analyze website performance, conversion rates, and sales trends.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams on promotions and assets.
• Prepare weekly sales, inventory, and site performance reports.
