You will mentor staff, explore AI-driven testing, optimize the marketing technology stack, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the digital user experience and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years' experience in Digital, Information Technology or Marketing, or Interaction design.
• High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 10 years' experience in Digital, Information Technology or Marketing, or Interaction design.

Responsabilités

• Business Strategy – provide consultative expertise to deliver a competitive channel strategy and support product/customer revenue and engagement goals across digital media.
• Channel Management – manage channels, optimize spend, and oversee marketing technology and agencies.
• Analysis – review data to monitor engagement and improve campaigns and SEO.
• Business Support – manage channel performance metrics and stay current with best practices and emerging technologies.
