BankBound is seeking a Digital Marketing Client Manager to join our remote team. You will manage a portfolio of clients, oversee SEO, AI visibility, content marketing, email automation, social media, and digital advertising strategies to boost online presence and grow new business.

This role requires agency account management experience, comfort with GA4, GTM, ads platforms, and AI tools. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, report on progress, and drive data-driven

Competenze

Experience in an agency account management role.
Experience in a customer service role.
Banking experience preferred.
Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other online advertising platforms.
Experience with email automation platforms preferred (e.g. HubSpot, ConstantContact).
Experience with Claude and AI tools preferred.
Eagerness to learn continually is a must.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and also within a team.
Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
Ability to hit deadlines.
Ability to type at least 50+ words per minute.

Mansioni

Manage a portfolio of clients and oversee SEO, AI visibility, content marketing, and email automation.
Lead digital advertising strategies across networks to improve online visibility.
Communicate strategy and results with clients and internal teams.
Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Utilize GA4, GTM, and Search Console to track and improve results.
Oversee SEO best practices on client websites and online properties.
Research and manage content marketing campaigns (ideation, keyword research, outline creation, publishing).
Oversee all aspects of digital advertising campaigns across multiple ad networks.
Oversee email marketing automation for financial institutions and other clients in regulated industries.
Coordinate web design and development projects.
Conduct comprehensive online marketing audits for prospective clients.
Collaborate with team to improve internal processes and tactics.
