Qualifications

• 7+ years of direct or related experience in complex marketing for consumer and small business users.
• Experience in a client-facing role with consultative client management and selling marketing ideas.
• Ability to develop marketing programs across social, paid social, email campaigns, banners, and engagement.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work across multiple client engagement teams.
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams and developing collaborative relationships.
• Strong analytical focus on program results and opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing marketing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Work with financial institutions' marketing and product organizations to share insights and develop plans.
