Job summary

Avant Staffing Associates LLC is seeking a Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist to lead complex digital campaign execution and serve as the senior subject matter expert in content, channel optimization, testing, and performance analysis.

You will translate approved strategies into integrated campaigns to support healthcare facility growth and HCP recruitment, mentoring teammates and delivering actionable recommendations to partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive digital marketing experience, including ownership of integrated campaigns and performance optimization
• Advanced working knowledge of SEO, email, social media, paid media, website content, landing pages, campaign testing, and performance analysis
• Experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform, including campaign builds, segmentation, workflows, landing pages, email, and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, improve execution standards, mentor colleagues, and communicate recommendations to managers and cross‑functional partners
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and familiar with digital creative, analytics, project management, and AI‑assisted marketing tools

Responsibilities

• Translate campaign strategies into channel plans and briefs
• Lead execution and optimization of integrated campaigns
• Provide forecasts, spend pacing, and resource needs
• Develop channel plans across SEO, email, social, and paid media
• Lead content development and quality review for blogs and emails
• Recommend on-page SEO improvements using data
• Establish reusable templates and execution standards
• Analyze performance and provide actionable recommendations
• Monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns
• Define KPI measurements and testing hypotheses
• Lead A/B and multivariate tests
• Mentor less-experienced team members
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors
• Use AI tools responsibly to accelerate work
