Odyssey Logistics is seeking a hands-on, data-driven Sr. Specialist, Digital Marketing to manage and optimize our digital marketing platforms, campaigns, website, and marketing automation programs.

This role is ideal for an experienced digital marketer who can independently execute campaigns, analyze performance, improve lead generation, and connect marketing activity to sales pipeline and revenue. Growth to a marketing manager level is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Five or more years of progressive digital marketing experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement/Pardot required.
• Experience building marketing automation programs and email campaigns.
• Experience with lead scoring, attribution, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Odyssey's website, digital campaigns, marketing automation platform, and AI-enabled tools.
• Operate Salesforce and Pardot to execute campaigns and measure performance.
• Build automated email campaigns, nurture programs, landing pages, and lists.
• Develop lead-scoring, qualification, and handoff processes.
• Track leads through MQL, SQL, and Opportunity stages; connect activity to pipeline.
• Maintain data integrity between Salesforce and Account Engagement/Pardot.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, paid search, and conversion optimization.
• Create reports/dashboards linking marketing to revenue and outcomes.
• Partner with Sales/IT/stakeholders and external agencies to boost performance.
