Job Description Overview:

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist - eCommerce will lead the development and execution of data-driven digital advertising campaigns that drive traffic, maximize ROI, and enhance brand visibility across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include managing media buy placements, digital advertising on platforms like Google, Meta Ads, and AMS, and coordinating with creative teams for ad assets. The role requires strong organizational skills, copywriting abilities, and a good understanding of current digital advertising trends.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage Media Buying & Paid Campaigns: oversee setup, optimization, and management of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, AMS, and third-party websites.
  • Monitor Performance & Optimize Campaigns: analyze results and adjust strategies to improve CTR, ROAS, and overall performance.
  • Collaborate with the Design Team: develop engaging graphic assets tailored for each platform and user stage.
  • Execute Email Marketing Campaigns: coordinate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with goals and best practices.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: keep updated with changes in paid media, e-commerce advertising, and AMS tools.
  • Report and Analyze Results: prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Budget Management: ensure campaigns stay within budget while maximizing ROI.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: strong writing and verbal skills for ad copy.
  • Experience in Paid Media: 2+ years managing campaigns on Google, Meta, and AMS platforms.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: knowledge of media buying metrics and optimization strategies.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: proven ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration & Planning: effective communication and meticulous planning skills.
  • Adaptability: ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Social or Digital Marketing (IT related field).
  • 5-7 years of experience with Paid Media on Google, Meta, and AMS platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of technology, especially PCs and components.
  • Passion for data-driven performance enhancement.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and campaign tracking.
  • Google Analytics GAIQ certification or similar is a plus.
Working Conditions:
  • Office environment with extended periods of sitting and operating office equipment.
  • 10% domestic travel for events and trade shows.

Estimated annual pay is $80,000-$130,000 for the Fremont, CA office, with final compensation based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include bonuses, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, PTO, EAP, and 401(k).
