A leading company is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to develop and optimize digital marketing strategies. This role involves executing omni-channel campaigns, collaborating with various teams, and tracking performance metrics to drive engagement. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategy. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing, this role will plan, execute, and report on digital marketing programs including ABM, inbound marketing, email campaigns, digital advertising, marketing operations, and website management. The Digital Marketing Manager must effectively promote our solutions across various digital channels and be comfortable with strategic thinking in a collaborative environment dedicated to community service.
Plan, execute, and optimize omni-channel campaigns including paid search, email, display advertising, etc., to meet digital pipeline and revenue goals.
Develop content tailored to new and existing customer segments to drive cross-sell, upsell, and retention opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product marketing, events, operations, communications, and BDRs to coordinate, deliver, and measure digital marketing campaigns.
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring alignment with campaign goals, timely delivery, and budget adherence.
Manage and update website content with relevant and consistent messaging.
Optimize website pages for SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, and Google Ads activities.
Work with web developers to enhance user experience and implement website improvements.
Track, measure, and report on digital marketing performance, providing actionable insights to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
