Job summary

HarbourVest in Boston is seeking a skilled content production professional to manage web pages, team briefs, and collateral. You will translate requests into actionable briefs, handle reviews, and publish pages directly when needed.

You will coordinate digital projects using Monday.com, track timelines, and ensure governance across content. You will back up the Director, build cross-functional relationships, and support analytics and continuous improvement of web workflows and localization.

Responsibilities

• Run AEM content production and publish pages when needed.

• Maintain workflows, QA checklists, and publishing standards.
• Provide operational backup to the Director and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Support analytics and continuous improvement of web workflows.
