Job summary

HarbourVest Partners is seeking a Digital Marketing Senior Associate to manage content production workflows in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and coordinate projects with development partners. The role sits at the intersection of content production management and project coordination, requiring strong organizational skills and CMS experience.

The ideal candidate will handle briefs, reviews, approvals, and may author pages directly when needed.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, web content management, or related field.
Hands-on experience authoring and handling content in a web CMS; Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) strongly preferred.
Demonstrated project coordination or project management experience, including timelines and dependencies.
Experience coordinating work between internal teams and external agencies or development partners.
Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and interpreting performance data.

Responsibilities

Run AEM content production: coordinate with authoring team to keep web pages accurate and on schedule.
Coordinate digital projects through Monday.com; track timelines and dependencies across collaborators and partners.
Maintain authoring workflows, QA checklists, and publishing standards across content production.
