Meridian Waste, a growing environmental services company, seeks a Corporate Senior Marketing Manager to drive digital strategy and execution across expanding operations. You will blend creativity with data-driven analysis to build brand awareness, engage customers, and enable business growth.

In this in-office Charlotte role, you will lead multi-channel campaigns, collaborate with operations and sales teams, manage budgets, and partner with external agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in digital strategy.
• Advertising agency background strongly preferred.
• Proven SEO/SEM, paid media, email marketing, and analytics experience.
• Strong writing, editing, and public speaking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital marketing strategy, implementation, and evaluation aligned with business goals.
• Oversee multi-channel campaigns (SEO/SEM, paid media, email, content).
• Manage website content, information architecture, and user experience.
• Develop dashboards to measure ROI and inform strategy.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and external agencies; mentor staff.
