Job summary

Crowell & Moring LLP is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator to support webinars, website updates, client alerts, social media, and overall digital marketing initiatives. The role includes creating invitations in Vuture, handling On24 webinars, and coordinating content across the firm's digital channels.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in marketing, strong editing and project management skills, CRM experience, and familiarity with WordPress/DealCloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Five or more years of related and progressively responsible marketing experience.
• Strong project management experience preferred.
• CRM experience is a plus.
• Prior law firm experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate webinars, Invites, On24 setup, and related website/social tasks.
• Support social media presence and engagement tracking.
• Track and report social media performance and content effectiveness.
• Coach attorneys and staff on digital branding tools.
• Manage firm website updates including biographies and practice pages.
• Oversee client alert formatting, risk review, and distribution.
• Assist with analytics across website, alerts, social, webinars and podcasts.
• Support SEO/GEO optimization of content.
• Manage digital marketing projects using project tracking tools.
• Monitor website performance and fix broken links and errors.
• Ensure compliance with firm editorial and style guidelines.
