Responsibilities

• Manage the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns, thought leadership pieces, and client communications
• Oversee campaign lists, content preparation, and performance reporting
• Support SEO and website optimization efforts through tools like Conductor and Google Analytics
• Collaborate with Communications and Business Development teams to amplify news, media coverage, and client‑focused initiatives across digital channels
• Assist with updates to the client’s website, attorney profiles, and digital content management systems
• Edit, fact‑check, and proofread marketing content for accuracy and consistency with firm standards

Qualifications & Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in a law firm, financial institution, or similarly rigorous environment
• Hands‑on experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Vuture, Mailchimp, HubSpot)
• Strong writing, proofreading, and research skills (testing required)
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
